


Capturing patient medical history has been a biased and time-consuming process to date; queue long intake forms and error-filled processes, with women and people of colour often citing their symptoms going unreported.
Armed with an innovative smart patient intake platform, the team at FirstHx were looking to refresh their existing brand to better reflect their offering. The result was a warm and welcoming identity and narrative that reflected the company’s focus on empowering patients and medical teams to work together to deliver the best quality of care.
As part of the project, we created a unique design framework and series of guidelines and applications for the team, including but not limited to web, print, social and platform assets.
